4. Keep the machine tools, tools and workplace clean and tidy, and do a good job in shift work. When cleaning up the workplace after get off work, turn off the power and put the various feeding handles in a safe place.

 

5. When turning workpieces with irregular shapes, install a balance weight, and then cut it after trying to balance.

 

6. Clamp the knife firmly. The protruding part of the cutter head should not exceed 1.5 times the height of the cutter body. The shape and size of the shim under the cutter should be consistent with the cutter body. The gasket should be as small and flat as possible.

 

7. Except that the lathe is equipped with measuring tools that can automatically measure during operation, before measuring the workpiece, stop and move the tool holder to a safe position.

 

8. The strip chips and long spiral chips generated during the cutting process should be removed with a hook in time, and it is strictly forbidden to pull them by hand.

 

9. Wear work clothes, fasten cuffs and protective glasses before going to work. Female workers should wear work caps, which are worn on the hair, and gloves are prohibited.

 

10. When loading and unloading the chuck on the lathe spindle, it must be stopped. Do not use the power of the motor to remove the chuck.

 

11. The protruding parts of the chuck, dial and heart clamp use a protective cover to clamp the workpiece so as not to strangle clothing and other parts of the body. If there is no protective cover, pay attention to keep a certain distance when operating.

 

12. When using the top to clamp the workpiece, note that the top center and the spindle center hole should be exactly the same, and a damaged or skewed top should not be used. The top and center hole should be wiped clean and the tailstock top fastened before use.
