As we all know, CNC machining centers are suitable for complex machining, many processes, high requirements, various types of ordinary machine tools and various tool holders, and parts that require multiple clamping adjustments before processing. Its processing objects are mainly box parts, complex curved surfaces, special-shaped parts, cladding parts and special processing.
(1) Box parts
Box parts generally refer to parts with multiple hole systems, a cavity inside, and a certain proportion of length, width and height. Such parts are mostly used in industries such as machine tools, automobiles, and aircraft manufacturing. Box-shaped parts generally require multi-station hole system and surface processing, and the tolerance requirements are relatively high, especially the shape and position tolerance requirements are relatively strict. Usually, they have to go through processes such as milling, drilling, expanding, boring, reaming, countersinking, and tapping. More knives. For machining centers that process box parts, when there are many processing stations and parts that require multiple rotations of the worktable to complete, the horizontal boring and milling machining center is generally selected.

Complex curved surfaces play a particularly important role in the machinery manufacturing industry, especially in the aerospace industry. It is difficult or even impossible to complete complex curved surfaces using ordinary processing methods. In our country, the traditional method is to use precision casting, and it is conceivable that its precision is low. Complex surface parts, such as: various impellers, wind deflectors, spherical surfaces, various surface forming molds, propellers and underwater vehicle propellers, and other free-form surfaces. Special-shaped parts are parts with irregular shapes, and most of them require multi-station mixed processing of points, lines and surfaces. The rigidity of special-shaped parts is generally poor, the clamping deformation is difficult to control, and the machining accuracy is difficult to guarantee. Even some parts of some parts are difficult to complete with ordinary machine tools. When machining with a machining center, reasonable technological measures should be taken, one or two clamping, and the characteristics of multi-station point, line, and surface mixed processing of the machining center should be used to complete multiple processes or all processes.
(4) Discs, sleeves and plates
End surface with keyway, or radial hole, or distributed hole system, crank sleeve or shaft parts, such as flange bushing, keyway or square head shaft parts, etc., and porous processed plates, such as various motors with distribution on the end face The vertical machining center should be selected for the disc parts with holes and curved surfaces, and the horizontal machining center with radial holes should be selected.
