What are the methods of wire mesh speaker grill speaker network amplification?

 

1. Moving coil

The basic principle comes from Fleming's left-hand law. Put a current line and a magnetic field line perpendicular to the north and south poles of the magnet, and the interaction of the magnetic field lines and the current will move the line. On this line, the diaphragm moves back and forth as the current changes. At present, more than 90% of cone monomers adopt moving coil design.

 

2. Electromagnetic

A movable anvil piece (armature) is set in the middle of the shaped magnet. When current flows through the coil, the armature will be magnetized, and the magnets will attract and repel each other, and at the same time drive the diaphragm to move. This design is cheap but not very effective, so it is mostly used for telephone handsets and small earphones.

 

3. Inductive

It is similar to the electromagnetic principle, but the armature is doubled, and the two voice coils on the magnet are not symmetrical. When the signal current passes, the two armatures push against each other and move for different magnetic fluxes. Unlike electromagnets, inductors can regenerate lower frequencies, but are very inefficient.

 

4. Static electricity

The basic principle is Coulomb's law. Usually, the plastic diaphragm plus aluminum and other induction materials are vacuum vaporized, and the two diaphragms are placed face to face. A small current is generated, and the air is pushed by mutual attraction and repulsion to make sound.

Due to the light weight and small vibration dispersion, the electrostatic unit is easy to obtain clear and transparent medium and high frequencies, which is not conducive to bass power, low efficiency, and easy to accumulate dust when using DC power.

 

5. Ribbon type

There is no traditional voice coil design, the diaphragm is made of very thin metal, and the current flows directly into the channel body to make it vibrate and produce sound. Because its diaphragm is a voice coil, it is very light and has excellent transient and high frequency response. But the efficiency and low impedance of ribbon speakers has always been a big challenge for power amplifiers.

Another way is to have a voice coil, but the voice coil is directly printed on the plastic sheet, which can solve some low impedance problems.

 

6. Trumpet type

The diaphragm works by pushing air through the bottom of the horn. Because the sound is not diffused during transmission, it is very efficient. But because the shape and length of the horn affect the sound, low frequency reproduction is not easy. Now it is mostly used in giant PA systems or tweeters,
