For frequent maintenance and cleaning, there is an instrument on the control panel that automatically displays and records the temperature of each measuring point in the furnace. It is recorded truthfully and displayed intuitively, which is convenient for observation and regulation. After baking, the workpiece enters the cooling section and is cooled by fresh air. To ensure the spraying quality of the next process, it is also equipped with an exhaust device to discharge hot air in a timely manner.

 

The conveying equipment used in this automatic spraying production line plan for hardware is ground chain conveyor, which runs smoothly, without slag, and does not need to be lubricated.
