1. All employees check whether their clothing meets the job requirements before entering the job. Slippers, high heels and clothing that affect safety are not allowed, and those with long hair must wear hard hats. Maintain a correct posture when working, and have sufficient energy to cope with the work. If you find that you feel unwell, you must leave the work immediately and report it to the leader. When operating, it is necessary to concentrate, chatting is strictly prohibited, and cooperate with each other. The operator must not operate in a state of irritability or fatigue, so as to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation.
2. Before the machine works, check whether the moving parts are filled with lubricating oil, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine tool dry for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly forbidden to operate when the machine is faulty.
3. When changing the mold, first turn off the power supply, and the punching machine movement department stops running before starting to install and debug the mold. After the installation and adjustment are completed, move the flywheel by hand for two test punches to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the blank holder is in a reasonable position.
4. You must wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and take away the sundries on the workbench before starting the power to start the machine.
5. After the machine is started, one person should carry the material and operate the machine. Others are not allowed to press the power switch or step on the foot switch board, let alone put their hands in the machine working area or touch the moving parts of the machine with their hands. When the machine is working, it is forbidden to put your hand into the working area of the slider, and it is strictly forbidden to take and put the workpiece by hand. Standard tools must be used when taking and placing workpieces in the die. If you find that there is abnormal sound or malfunction of the machine, you should immediately turn off the power switch for inspection.
6. When leaving get off work, the power should be turned off, and the finished products, side materials and sundries on the post should be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
The above operating procedures must be consciously followed, do not operate in violation of regulations, and should cooperate with maintenance personnel to overhaul if any failure occurs. Immediately cut off the power supply when an accident occurs, and keep reporting to the factory on the spot and waiting for processing. All consequences caused by violation of the operating procedures shall be borne by the parties concerned.
