3. The placement methods can be summarized into three types: fixture installation, alignment, scribing alignment and so on. When machining parts on different hardware processing machines, different placement methods can be used.
(1) Fixture
The fixture method is more suitable for processing large quantities of hardware parts, which is convenient and convenient to work, and can effectively replace the positioning efficiency. It is an additional device of hardware processing equipment. Its position relative to the cutter on the equipment has been adjusted in advance before the hardware processing parts are installed. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to align and position one by one when processing batch parts, and it can ensure the technical requirements for processing.
(2) Direct alignment
The direct alignment method is generally used in the production of single pieces, templates or small batches. The positioning accuracy and alignment speed are mainly related to the alignment tools and the technical level of the actual operators. The hardware processing parts of the direct alignment method occupy the correct position on the equipment. After the hardware parts are directly clamped on the machine tool, the correct position of the parts is corrected by visual inspection using a dial indicator or the scribe on the needle plate, Calibrate and align at the same time until the requirements are met;
Its disadvantages are that it takes a lot of time, the production efficiency is low, and many operations need to rely on experience. The requirements for operators are relatively high. When there are relatively high requirements for the positioning accuracy of parts, such as when the error accuracy is only allowed to be 0.01~0.03mm, it is difficult to meet the requirements by using fixtures, so precision measuring tools must be used, Then, operators with high technical level use the direct alignment method to achieve the accuracy requirements of the product.
(3) Marking and alignment method
The marking and alignment method is applicable to the rough machining process of small production batch, low blank precision and large hardware parts. On the equipment, use the scriber to align the hardware according to the lines drawn on the blank or semi-finished products, so that it can obtain the correct position. Obviously, this method requires an additional scribing process. The scribing itself has a certain width, and there will be errors when scribing. It is also necessary to observe the errors when correcting the position of the hardware processing parts.
