1. Single punch mold: This kind of metal stamping mold is relatively uncomplicated, and the material is placed in the cavity for one stamping. Most of them use this kind of mold for forming, punching, bending, flanging and so on.
2. Composite mold: It can be formed and punched at the same time, and the principle is very similar to that of a single punch mold.
3. Continuous mold: The structure is relatively complex, and at the same time, positioning, punching, bending, flanging, forming, etc. are reflected on the mold. According to different metal stamping products, the size of the mold is different. The mold structure involved is also different. Simply put, the material tape is fed into the mold cavity from the left, and the product comes out from the right.
4. Stretching die: products such as stainless steel tea cups and bowls. The structure is relatively complicated. Positioning, punching, and cutting are completed on the mold according to the number of steps, and then according to the shape, size and depth of the metal stamping product, it is gradually stretched to a qualified product from shallow to deep, from large to small.
Others such as some bending molds, shrinkage cavity molds, plastic molds and so on. Basically, the most commonly used metal stamping is the above four molds.
